GocheMarcellaMarcella Goche age 91 of Redwood Falls passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 at Seasons Hospice House in Redwood Falls.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 19 at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Wabasso.

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 18 AT THE CHURCH with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service on Monday. Interment is in St. Anne’s Catholic Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent at www.stephensfuneralservice.com. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Marcella Marie (Heiderscheidt) Goche was born January 28, 1922 in Morgan Township, Redwood County, MN to Nicholas and Mary Frances (Bierl) Heiderscheidt. She was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Morgan, where she was also united in marriage to Dennis Goche on June 17, 1946. Marcella enjoyed visiting with family and friends, and playing cards. She loved when her great-grandchildren came to visit. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. Marcella was known for her outstanding cooking and baking abilities. Everyone loved her Special K bars, bon bons, and Christmas cookies.

Marcella is survived by her children: Connie (Ron) Martin of Redwood Falls, Carmen Zick of Lucan, Claudia (Gordy) Weiers of Glenwood, and Kevin (Ann) Goche of Seaforth; grandchildren: Dean (Lisa) Martin, Tami Martin, Joanne (Brad) Kletscher, Jeff (Kris) Zick, Greg Zick, Ashley (Tony) Lillie, Amber (Shawn) Barbarick, Tyler (Lindsey) Weiers, Tricia (Jackson) Kriel, Justin Goche, Joshua (Brittney) Goche, Jered (Ashley) Goche, Joel (Katelynn) Goche, Cody Warner, Dusty Warner, and Andy (Sarah) Warner. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Gabriel, Paris, Chance, Cheyenne, Ashley, Jordane, Stephanie, Stephen, Logan, Matthew, Erica, Lauren, Michael, Alexis, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Kendra, Ben, Abe, Wesley, Alexis, Brianna, Jackson, Carter, Erika, Madison, Mason, Colton; great-great-granchild Peyton; and sister Lettie Turbes of Sleepy Eye. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Dennis, grandsons Scott and Jason, son-in-law Steve Zick, and several brothers and sisters.
