Muenchow.  After marriage, Myrtle was a farmwife until the late 1950’s when she started teaching school again at Amiret and Tracy, and she continued her education until she received her teaching degree.  Myrtle continued teaching until her retirement.  She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Tracy, serving as the organist for many years, a Sunday School teacher, and was also active in the Ladies’ Aid.  Myrtle enjoyed gardening; especially raising flowers, and she enjoyed playing the organ and piano.  She was an avid Twins fan and would listen to nearly every game.

Myrtle is survived by her sons: Marlin (Karyn) Muenchow of Tracy, Marvin Muenchow of McDonough, GA, and Larry (Sue) Muenchow of Tracy; 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Albert, and sisters Leona and Evelyn.
