Keith Alan Tostenrud age 63 of Redwood Falls passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in Olivia due to cancer.

Visitation is 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home.  No public funeral services will be held.  Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Keith Alan Tostenrud was born September 16, 1948 in Davenport, Iowa to Kenneth and Eunice (Wannarka) Tostenrud.  He attended Walcott Community School and graduated from Springfield High School in 1966.  Keith earned a certified welding degree from Ridgewater College.  He had many jobs as a mechanic for the past 21 years and worked at the Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative.  He was a member of the sugar beet union.  In his spare time he enjoyed watching NASCAR, mudbugging, and spending time with his children and granddaughters.  Keith loved spending time tinkering in his garage and was an all around “fix-it” man.

Keith is survived by his children: Robert (Carrie) Tostenrud, Scott Tostenrud, Samantha (fiancé Eric Hacker) Tostenrud, and Cindy Tostenrud; grandchildren Brooke Lynne Hacker and Lillian Inez Tostenrud; siblings: LeAnne Tostenrud, Rhonda Mulder, Bruce Tostenrud, Denise (Charly) McDonald, Guy Tostenrud, and Paula (Jeff) Raabe.  He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
