Rosemary Curtit age 61 of Redwood Falls, formerly of Stockton, CA, passed away while surrounded by her family on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at her home.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Redwood Alliance Church followed by family time and refreshments. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Rosemary Curtit was born March 2, 1949 in Sacramento, California to George and Elizabeth (Whitton) Brown.  She attended school in Linden, California.  In 1966 Rosemary was united in marriage to Anthony Jones in Stockton, California.   She was later married to Robert Curtit in 1972 in Stockton.  Rosemary stayed home to raise her 3 daughters.  On July 12, 2000 she moved to Redwood Falls to be closer to her daughter.  She was a member of Assembly of God Church in California and Redwood Alliance Church in Redwood Falls.  Rosemary enjoyed crocheting, spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, fishing, and going to Ramsey Park to see the zoo and waterfalls.

Rosemary is survived by her daughters: Misty (Jones) Montes of Redwood Falls, Marianne Jones of Benson, and Virginia Jones of Redwood Falls; grandchildren: David Guenther, Brian Guenther, Jay Montes, Joey Montes, Kayla Koepp, John Koepp, Dennis “Bubba” Gines, Brenna Gines, Zachary Williams, and Nichole Stone; great grandchildren: Dawson Guenther, Hailey Guenther, and Dante Guenther; sister Robin (Levi) Tinsley of Waldport, Oregon; and many other relatives and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Esther, and brother Georgie.
