I am so sad to see that Doris has passed away. My parents were Herbert and Esther (Sunde) Jacobson from Hawick. My family lived on a farm near the Paulson farm. My dad was best buddies with Doris’s brothers, and my mother was very fond of Doris, as we all were. She was such a lovely, warm person. I know that she was a wonderful wife and mother and grandmother. I am holding all of you in my heart.

I’m so sad to hear of Doris’ passing. She was kind and gentle and so loving to our family. Thinking of all of you as you say goodbye.
