Gloria OlerudGloria Kaye Olerud age 76 of Redwood Falls, formerly of Wyndmere, ND, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Seasons Hospice House in Redwood Falls, following a courageous battle with cancer.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2016 at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held 3:00-5:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent at www.stephensfuneralservice.com.  Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home in Redwood Falls is assisting the family with arrangements.

Gloria Kaye Olerud was born January 13, 1940 in Breckenridge, Minnesota, to Harley and Agnes (Lessner) Springer.  She was baptized at the Methodist Church in Wyndmere, ND and also attended school in Wyndmere.

Gloria is survived by her children: Jerry Olerud (Barb), Dale Olerud (Robin), Rocky Olerud, and Jody Olerud; grandchildren: Jamie Olerud (Brian), Jordan Olerud (Mike), Justin Olerud, Ben Olerud, and Katie Olerud; great-grandchildren: Abby Wright, Sawyer Olerud, and Baby Hecht; step-grandchildren: Joe Rice, David Rice, and Maxx Rice; sister Sylvia Nulph; and brother Gary Springer (Phyllis).  She is preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Agnes Springer, and brother Robert Springer.

You all mean so much to me and want you to know I’m sending all my love and energy to you today for celebrating such an incredibly caring and loving persons life.
