Hinck and she renewed her baptismal vow through confirmation on May 14, 1939 by Pastor F.E. Traub at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Wood Lake.  Lillian received her education from country school District 13 and St. John’s parochial school.  On January 30, 1944, Lillian was united in marriage to Arnold Drager at St. John’s Lutheran Church.  Lillian was a faithful member of St. John’s and was involved in the church choir for 20 years.  She was also active in the women’s society for many years and was the cook for St. John’s parochial school for 27 years.  In September of 1997, the couple moved to an apartment in Granite Falls.  Arnold passed away on January 4, 2005.  Lillian moved to Fieldcrest Assisted Living in Cottonwood in February 2008, until she moved to the Granite Manor in July 2012.  She was able to be part of moving to the new location in Granite, which she was very excited about.  During her stay at the Granite Manor, she enjoyed her yearly outing to the Wood Lake Community Fair.  At the fair, she enjoyed getting a burger, a piece of pie and watching the grand parade.
