Alfred “AJ” Johnson, Jr., age 60 of Tracy, formerly of  New York, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at his home following a battle with cancer. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday March 15, 2023 at the Tracy Area Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Tracy City Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Alfred “AJ” Johnson, Jr. was born February 6, 1963 in Jamestown, New York. He married Donna Novak January 19, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In his younger years he worked carnivals running the rides. AJ was a silversmith all his life. He created jewelry and wares and sold them at craft shows. In his spare time, AJ enjoyed fishing and camping. He was always building things.

AJ is survived by his wife Donna; children: Tommy, Anthony, Josh, Jeremiah, Bobby, Ben, Michelle, Chrystal, Angel and Donaven; stepsons: Dustin, Cody and Jordan; and several grandchildren. He is preceded in death by both of his parents and several siblings.
