I am very sorry to hear of Erna's passing. What a gracious and sweet lady! She always had something kind to say whenever you talked to her. Heaven just got another angel. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

So thankful to have known this wonderful woman of faith a short season in my life. She loved the Lord! She smiled with JOY! She was a hard working farm wife! She was humble and true. She now has received her reward of eternal life...Amen! I am praising God and celebrating her life of purpose!

What a journey, my mother-in-law Betty Peterson and Erna were quite the pair at Homestead! Good friends and good for each other. I know Betty missed Erna when she moved from Homestead. Betty often spoke of the fun times her and Erna had handing out Erna's fresh baked cookies by going door to door in Homestead. They each filled a gap in the other's daily life. God bless you as you prepare to say that final goodbye ! LeAnn Peterson
