Funeral Service: 10:30 am Monday, October 31 at Grace Lutheran Church in Westbrook
Visitation: 4 pm – 7 pm Sunday at the Westbrook Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Monday
Interment: Emanuel Lutheran-Rosehill Cemetery

The Lord provided a way for me to visit my BFF, Luella, just a few days before she ascended to her reward in heaven. She sang along with me as I shared some old favorite hymns with her. Luella was my neighbor in Des Moines River township for over 50 years. It was my honor and privilege to assist her in earning her GED when I was teaching Adult Education. This magnificent friend enriched the lives of EVERYONE she knew. Her memory will live on forever! ♥

Luella was the sweetest, kindest, and gentle lady one could ever meet. She was a delight all the years she worked at the school in Westbrook and touched many lives including mine. I have the deepest respect for this beautiful lady. Sympathy, prayers, and hugs to Luella's wonderful family.
