May I extend my families sympathy on the passing of your father and grandfather, Mark. My mother, Merelyn Kiecker, was Mark's first cousin and grew up in the same era. My mother commented many times on the phone calls they exchanged over the years. My mother passed away in 2019. As a young boy I remember we traveled to Clements many times to visit with Butch and Julie and the family. Good memories, no great memories. As a youngster I marveled as I watched Mark and Ty perform their plastering talents. It is sad to say, but the art of plastering is almost a forgotten trade. I still to this day wonder how they could make the plaster stick onto the ceiling. Good memories, no great memories. One last thing, on your dad's wedding photo, I was the ring bearer at his wedding.
