Norman C. Winger, age 75 of Redwood Falls, passed away late Tuesday night, August 12, 2025, with his wife, Deb, by his side. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Norman C. Winger was born October 4, 1949 in Robbinsdale, Minnesota, to Ozmun and June (Davison) Winger. Norm loved the freedom of riding his motorcycle and the quiet satisfaction of tending to his hobby farm. His greatest passion, however, was painting – working with both acrylics and oils to bring his creativity to life. Norm’s family would like to thank the staff of CentraCare Redwood Hospice for the compassionate care they provided during his final days.

Norm is survived by his wife, Deb; sons Brad (Erin) and Jeremy Winger; grandson Bradyn; his two cats; brothers: Don (Deb) and Mike Winger; siblings-in-law: Jane, Val, Sharon, Sue, Tammy (Charlie), Pam (Tom), and Shawn (Katrina); and many other relatives and friends.
