John Holder

John Holder, age 68 of Tracy, formerly of Newport, WA, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Ava’s House Hospice in Sioux Falls. Private family services will be held at a later date. Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

John Holder was born April 20, 1956 in Seattle, Washington, to Jack and Gloria (Hitter) Holder. John married Anita (Martin) Holder in 1982. John enjoyed hunting, fishing, and doing mechanic work.

John is survived by his children: Patrick Holder, Jeremy (Megan) Holder, and Sarah Holder and close friend Heather; grandchildren: Ashley, Heavyn, and Shaylee; siblings: Vicki, Becky, Tim, Rufus, and Henry. He is preceded in death by his parents, and former wife, Anita Holder.
