Ann Wozniak age 99 of Minneota, formerly of Thorp, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Minneota Manor.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 21 at Holy Assumption Orthodox Church in Lublin, Wisconsin.   Visitation is 9:30-11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the church.  Online condolences may be sent at www.stephensfuneralservice.com.  Stephens Funeral Service – Tyler Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
