Arleen Chambers

Arleen G. Chambers, age 92, of Tracy passed away peacefully Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Prairie View Health Care Center in Tracy. 

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27 at the Tracy Area Funeral Home. 

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.  Inurnment is in Tracy Cemetery.  Online condolences may be sent at www.stephensfuneralservice.com.  Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Arleen Gertrude Chambers was born December 20, 1918 in Lamberton, Minnesota to Ernest and Gertrude (Werner) Kircher.  Arlene and Jack Chambers were married March 21, 1943, and were blessed with Twyla in 1947.  Twyla passed away December 15, 1986, and Jack in 1988.  Arleen’s life is celebrated by living as she did, with dignity, compassion, joy, gratitude, and faith.

Arleen is survived by her grandsons: Paul (Lori) Anderson of Rapid City, SD, Michael (Angie) Anderson of Bruce, SD, and Tom “Chopper” (Christy) of Rapid City, SD; great grandchildren: Michael and Andrew, Ronnie, Josh, and Sara; son-in-law Jim (Eloyse Wade) Anderson; brother Orvie Kircher; and many cousins nieces, and nephews.
