Daniel B. Lappi age 54 of Tyler passed away Friday, September 4, 2015 at his home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Tyler Area Funeral Home. Daniel Bruce Lappi was born November 7, 1960 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Louis and Elsie (Klebe) Lappi. At birth, Danny was placed in boarding care and foster care until September of 1966 when he moved into the Faribault Regional Treatment Center. Danny became a resident of REM in Marshall in March of 1993, and in 1997 he moved to REM in Tyler, where he resided until his death. Danny was very easy going, had bright brown eyes, and always wore his cute little smile. He loved soaking up the sunshine, either outside or through an open window. Danny enjoyed listening to music, especially while relaxing in his bean bag chair. Danny will be greatly missed by his friends.
