I am very sorry for your loss– Joann was a very special Lady- I will miss her very much. We had wonderful conversations each month when she came in to pay rent. We tried to solve the worlds problems. She was always so complimentary, always upbeat even when she was not feeling well she still had a smile on her face. She was never negative. If there is anything I can do for your family- please let me know.
