Judy Dallenbach, age 69 of Redwood Falls, passed away Monday, January 14th, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 17th at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Redwood Valley Funeral Home. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Thursday. Interment will be in the Redwood Falls Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Judith Ann Dallenbach was born January 29th, 1949 to Jerome and Mercedes (Miller) Ruskamp in West Point, Nebraska. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1967 and Mankato Commercial College in 1968. She worked for REM & Westwood for 34 years until she retired in 2015. Judy enjoyed listening to George Strait, eating peanut M&M’s, and watching the Minnesota Twins and Vikings. She especially loved to watch Law and Order while drinking her coffee. Judy loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.
Judy is survived by her children: Ben (Jennifer) of Macedonia, OH, Jon (Chelsi) of Redwood Falls, Jason (Jen) of Clements, Kim (Tim) Gores of Garden City; grandchildren: Samantha (Andy) Gould, Kylie & Stephanie Dallenbach, Jayla & Kira Dallenbach, Landon & Laura Dallenbach and Carter Dallenbach; great grandchildren: Caden & Ciara Gould and Alaina Dallenbach; siblings Jeanie (Kenny) Wittman of Willmar, Les (Betty) Ruskamp of Hutchinson, Patricia (Rusty) Johnson of California, Kate (Kent) Saeger of Litchfield, Betsy Sing of New London, Mike (Annette) Ruskamp of Hector, and Carolyn (Gary) Eliason of Appleton; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Jerome and Mercedes Ruskamp, brother Timothy Ruskamp and granddaughter Ann Nicole.
My deepest sympathy to the family! I worked with Judy for many years before she retired. She was a very patient and loving caregiver to those she served. May you be comforted in the many good memories of her and in knowing she is with the Lord!
