The family would like to thank the staff at Westbrook Medical Center, especially Dr. Andrew Kopperud, for their care during Lowell’s illness. The staff at Good Samaritan Society in Westbrook were all wonderful in their caring and devotion to making their residents happy, comfortable and well cared for. Compassionate Care Hospice was very helpful in the last 3 days of Lowell’s life. Not only in caring for Lowell but for the support and guidance they gave the family as we prepared for his departure from this life.
