Our sympathy to the Gaffney family. About 10 years ago we got the swing set from LuVern for our grandkids. We hauled it across country on a hayrack and still have it. It has been put to good use with our 4 grandkids and now our neighbor’s 2 little girls. May God give you peace, comfort and strength in the days ahead. John & Diane Woodford
Great Neighbor, He will be missed.
Dear Jeanne, Michael and Beth, Kelsey and Emma, Liz and family, LaVonne, Charles, Lanny and Sharon and cousins,
We are with you in spirit as we all mourn the loss of this wonderful husband, father, brother and uncle. We treasure the trip we were able to make to visit with him on the farm two summers ago. We have been scouring the internet trying to come up with plane tickets for us to fly there today to be with you in time for the funeral tomorrow, but between the holiday and the short notice, we have yet to find a way for us be be able to go. Please know that we are with you all in spirit if not in person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Much love from Kate, Troy and kids.
I was a classmate of LuVern and LaVonne – we graduated together in 1960. LuVern had a smile that would light up a room! My prayers for the family and others who loved him. I’ll bet he’s grinning as we speak!
Uncle Luvern will be missed. He has been in some of my fondest memories. Prayers for my family, love you all.
