Dan and Ty, your brother and uncle Dave was truly one of a kind. It is one of life's mysteries how our paths crossed in 1974 at The Ponderosa Steakhouse in Winnipeg and we remained friends all these years. Of the many adventures and laughs we shared over the years in Alaska, Winnipeg, Newfoundland and China, it is recalling the times at the Louisburg "clubhouse” that always make me smile the biggest and longest. Dave was always sure to share “a couple two three” stories of his past exploits for the family, friends and neighbours who joined him as he hosted his visiting “Canadians” each spring and fall. He will be remembered and missed by all of us who were fortunate enough to know him. Take care old friend. Sless

David, Over the years we shared many family adventures, gatherings and dinners. I know that you were warmly welcomed into heaven by family and friends.
