Jimi was a wonderful man with a beautiful spirit. He lived a very interesting life. No matter what ‘life’ threw his way, he always looked for the silver lining. He understood the concept ‘what does not kill lol you only makes you stronger and the Lord never gives you a cross too heavy to carry. He understood struggling in life was a part of earning your angel wings. He loved Christ. He walked roads in life that many would be afraid to venture on to. Not Jimi. Jimi walked with confidence and belief the Lord ultimately has a reason, a purpose, a meaning. He was the kind of person who gave what he had to make sure other people had their needs met. He was humble. He felt content and he knew who loved him. He had an excellent judge of character. He never judged, but he did let those who loved him unconditionally know how important they were to him and how much he cherished having them in his life. He felt blessed. He was a warrior. He never let fear stop him from living, no matter what. He was proud of Matt and his grandchildren. He loved his mother so deeply. My condolences to Jimi’s family and friends. Jimi will always be with you.
