My dearest Jan, I already miss you so much... Since the day I met you at the 20th Century Study Club in 1988 you became my precious friend, my confidante, my motherly adviser. We shared many smiles and crazy fun times, also tears and tragedies throughout this journey of life you my beautiful friend were always there for me! When I moved away from Redwood the distance almost made our friendship even stronger. Thank you for being there for my husband "big Chris" how you called him and for my children "little Chris", "lovely Corinna" and "pokémon Adrian", they all love you! Thank you from all my cats you were very fond of, they were part of our Saturday conversation until our phone batteries were drained to zero. Today is Saturday our day to talk on the phone and it's so difficult ... Looking for a good book to read instead, one of the cards you wrote to me a few years ago fell out of the shelf, it is so comforting to see your hand writing and what you wrote: "Ascension And if I go While you're still here...
