I have so many great memories of my childhood years going to the Okins family reunions and seeing Dick,Maryanne,Patti,Kelly,Jackie and Valarie. I loved the times we could visit their home and spend time with our cousins, getting chased by chickens and being terrified by their chihuahua’s LOL. I will always remember the little talks about baseball with Uncle Dick and how he always showed an interest in us kids. The kindness that radiated from him is unforgettable and he will be missed but not forgotten. Love to all my cousins you all are in my heart and thoughts!!

To Kelly Pat Jackie and Val I remember your dad coming to our house for insurance business. My dad always enjoyed visiting with him. He would stay and talk for a long time. I also remember playing at your house one time when we were young. My mom was doing someone’s hair in your neighborhood. We played Mystery Date. I retired from teaching in May. 25 years of teaching in Fairbanks Alaska. We moved to NE Tennessee this summer.

Sincere sympathy to Mr. Rossow's daughters and families. I still remember the devotional book your dad gave me at church for high school graduation, Come Unto Me For Encouragement.

Sympathy to all of the Rossow girls. Your father was our teacher, insurance man, faithful customer of the Dew Drop Inn restaurant, and wonderful community member in Hoffman. Dick will be remembered for all his many contributions to his students, church, community and family. He grew the best gardens and loved talking about Peg and his time in Arizona. Please know as a community many send their condolences and want you all to feel the love, hugs and prayers of many from Hoffman. Gods blessings! Curt and CIndy Anderson
