I remember Sandy truly being a "helpmate" to Bill. Also remember times way back when two kids would have basketball games on the same night, they would separate so they could attend both. Their family was very important to them. Our sympathy.

To Sandy's family! so sorry for your loss. May all your wonderful memories help in the days to come... I had her for a teacher @ balaton high school. Enjoyed seeing her at events in Tracy.

Mrs. Bolin was my physical ed teacher at Balaton High School in the late '70s & early '80s. I never knew what an incredible person she was - with such diverse interests - until I read the beautifully written obituary. I am grateful to her for the passion she gave all of us girls to pursue sports and a life-long active lifestyle. It was so new to us culturally at that time. I still think of her, especially when I go skiing or attempt to light a campfire! She was an innovative teacher, ahead of her time. Rest in peace Mrs. Bolin.
