Shannon Rose (Schaffer) Schroeder, age 62 of Jeffers, MN has stepped up in the stirrup for her last ride on September 17, 2024. She was surrounded by family as she passed in the Worthington Hospital. Shannon is survived by her daughter Ariel Rose Ann Simon (Tabor Runck) of Springfield; sisters: Marie (Tony) Bornhoft of Windom & Jolene Post of Alabama; nieces: Kaylarr Hansen of Millford, IA, & Kendra Hansen (Brandon Swart) of Windom; stepdad Jack Schaffer of Windom and uncle Les Schaffer of Jeffers. She is preceded in death by her mother Rosemary Harriet Schaffer and grandparents Auther L. & Marie K. Andersen.
