Alice Mae Rosengren was born March 5, 1932 in Winona County, MN. She married Robert Rosengren on September 24, 1949. They brought two children into the world – Mary in 1950 and Bill 1951. Robert passed away April 20, 2021 at the age of 93. “I’d have to write a book to tell you about my mom’s incredible life. She shared it with all the people she came into contact with. So, find anyone and ask about Alice …” Alice and Robert lived and worked at Big Island State Park for 6.5 years and at Lake Shetek State Park by Currie from 1966 until they retired. They purchased a retirement home north of Slayton and were blessed with 40 years together there.

Alice leaves her son Bill Rosengren of St. Paul and his family; her daughter Mary Molitor of Currie and her family; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, four brothers, one sister, and son-in-law Bill Molitor.
