Debra Zollner Roberts, age 59 of Redwood Falls, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving husband, Tim. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2025 at the Cansayapi Rec Center, Lower Sioux Community. Visitation will be 4:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home. Visitation will continue at 9:00 a.m. Thursday at the Rec Center with final viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the St. Cornelia’s Episcopal Cemetery, Lower Sioux Community. Stephens Funeral Service -Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Debra Jean Zollner was born on October 21, 1965 in Sleepy Eye, MN to Marian (Simon) and Albie Zollner. She graduated from Fairfax High School in 1984 and dedicated her life to her family. Debra was a devoted mother to James Ludewig and a cherished grandmother to five grandchildren, and loving wife to Timothy Roberts. She had a rich array of hobbies and interests that brought joy to her life and those around her. She was passionate about baking, often delighting her family with delicious homemade treats. Her quilting skills were exceptional, creating beautiful, intricate quilts that became treasured family heirlooms. Above all, Debra cherished spending time with her grandchildren and sharing her love and wisdom with them. These activities were a testament to her creativity, warmth, and dedication to her family.
Deb is survived by her husband Timothy Roberts of Redwood Falls; son James Ludewig (significant other Amber Rehbein) of Sleepy Eye; five grandchildren: William, Katie, Noah, Rayliyn, and Matthew; stepchildren: Wakinyanna, Jeremy, Nokoma and Jasmine Roberts; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; siblings: Michael Zollner of Fairfax, Donna (Charlie) Aarons of Maple Grove, Patrick (Lisa) Zollner of Surprise, AZ; nieces and nephews: Miranda, Austin, Jenny, and Mason; and mother-in-law Lillian Wilson. She is preceded in death by her parents Marian & Albie Zollner and her brother, Steve Zollner.
