Jane Frances Jenniges, age 81 of Eagan, MN, formerly of Glendale, CA, passed away February 24, 2025 at her home while under the care of hospice, following a brief battle with cancer. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2025 at St. Mathias Catholic Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Jane Frances Jenniges was born August 4, 1943 in Springfield, Brown County, Minnesota to Aloysius and Elizabeth (Roiger) Jenniges. She attended school at Wanda Public School, St. Mathias Catholic School in Wanda, and St. Anne Catholic School in Wabasso where she graduated in 1961. Jane worked for the Pioneer Press in St. Paul for a few years and while living in St. Paul, she met Patrick Shanahan. In 1965, Jane and Patrick moved to the Los Angeles area and they shared their lives together for 60 years. Jane worked in sales and marketing and worked her way to Vice President of Quali-Tech Manufacturing Company and retired in 2010. Jane was an avid reader and loved sharing her beautiful singing voice.

Jane is survived by her siblings: Elizabeth Hirsch, Carol Atkins, Marilyn Eykyn, Martha Quesenberry, and John Jenniges; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She is preceded in death by her parents, significant other Patrick, and her siblings: Patricia Beranek, Jerry Jenniges, Jim Jenniges, and Donald Noon.
