Kathy was born April 18, 1960 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to June Helmuth.  She is the loving wife to Glenn Tiffany; mother to Tonya Haas (Lee Rasmussen), Nichole Regnier (Bill Neis), Andrew Regnier (Amanda), Brianna Pashouwer (John), and Daylon Tiffany (Grace Hischer); grandmother to Teanna, Bryant, Devin, Amahra, Jonathon, Reese, Reagan, Rhett, Amelia, Audrey, Grayson, Logan, Lilly and Ayden; great-grandmother to Lenox, Kane and Kashton; sister and friend to many.  Kathy will be missed and remembered for her fierce love and loyalty to her family and friends.  She treasured spending time with family, and especially valued her time with her grandbabies.  Her babies were her world, and she will always be their biggest fan. Her legacy lives on through all of them. Kathy loved camping, cooking, woodworking and crafts.  She greatly enjoyed playing bingo, visiting friends at the casino, and playing cards – especially rummy and cribbage.  Kathy is preceded in death by her mother June, brothers Teco and Michael, her beloved dog Buddy, as well as other relatives and friends.
