Lesley & the A&W Bear!!!

I was so sorry to hear of your daughter's passing. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing her but wanted you to know that you had our sympathies. I don't have as much contact with the Sagedahl family anymore since my mom (Ida) passed away, however, when I do...it makes my day and it feels like old times. Thinking of your family during these difficult times and send our prayers and love!

Lesley, where do I start...you were a big part of our lives, more so to some, but none the less, you are our sister as well...you will never be replaced or forgotten, there is no laugh like yours, no outlook on life like yours (you would've never known you had all the cancers/issues you had, because you always had the biggest, brightest smile/grin outside, no matter how you felt inside/outside physically...not many people do that), I always envied that...we are going to miss you at our Family Camps and sometimes Sister Camps, but we will definitely have a drink for you! I will miss you showing up out of the blue even for a little while just to BS because you were in town, etc...but, at least, you are free from pain!!!!! free from cancer! You were one heck of a WARRIOR!!!!! you fought so many battles and I am proud of you and I know others are too...you are loved and are going to be missed, but Heaven has gained another Beautiful Angel to help God watch over this mess of a world... To Lesley's family, please know you are in my prayers and thoughts...she is a Warrior...remembering her through all the good times, laughter, hard times, and etc. camping trips, family times, and more will make her memories hold tightly in your hearts and minds and as you sit in the grass or fields one day or as you are just sitting on the front porch, look up and you will always see her smiling back down at you...she had that smile...treasure her memories and hold them close...I know I will. Take care and God Bless. Amen

My greatest memories of the time Lesley drove us car load of ladies to Lake Shetek, on the way home took a wrong turn and ended up in Westbrook. We would laugh about that story many times over. I’m so grateful to have known you and work with you at Jonti-craft. You will be sadly missed.

My deepest condolences to all of Leslie’s family. She was always a fun positive person that was willing to help at anything. She was also one tough person and she put up one hell of a fight.

I have not talked to Leslie since high school, our paths went different directions, however I vividly remember her joy for life and happiness in the adventures of life, such a sweet sole and good friend. My deepest sympathy and prayers.

Lesley you were one of my life long friends and I am going to miss you dearly. I have so many memories with you and have been thinking about them over the past week which has made me smile. I remember all the play dates, making forts in the bushes, playing “house” on your deck, playing kick the can at night, all the long bike rides around town, watching the newest movies on VCR tapes and rewinding the good parts over and over:), playing football with your dad on Sunday afternoons…the list goes on and on. I am so glad I was able to spend one more afternoon with you last week talking about the good ole days, I will cherish that day forever. I will remember you always, rest easy my friend❤️ My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Sagedahl family🙏

There are no word that come to mind but the smile you’ve always had no matter what kind of day you were having. Getting to know you when I started Jonti Craft was one of the best things that had happened to me. When your new at a job your a bit scared and lost all at the same time. You made me feel like I belonged there which was something you don’t see in many people now days. Thank you for always checking up on me when I worked at Jonti Craft and for being such an Angel to me. I know your up in heaven smiling down at us and hoping this pain we all are feeling to pass us by but this one is a hard one to swallow. I love you dearly and because you loved my laugh I will continue to laugh for you.
