Prayers and hugs to the Mertens Family as your Mom was fantastic. I remember growing up and spending time at the farm with Diane and she was so patient and kind. I enjoyed her smile and laugh. Hugs to you Diane! Pat

I will miss my visits to Lorraine. What a gentle, humble, appreciative kind person she was. Always had a smile, and loved sharing how important family was to her. I was also very honored to have stopped by on the 12th (from St. Catherine's church) and have the opportunity to pray with her. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul. My love and prayers to all of you.

Our family will not be the same with Lorraine gone. She was a lady with many wonderful attributes. Our family was so blessed to call her mom and grandma. She is at peace and with those who have gone before her. Until we meet again..💔
