Marianna Jane (Simon) Bryant, age 71 of Tracy, MN, formerly of Mason City, IA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on June 20, 2025. A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Tracy Lutheran Church with a visitation one hour prior at the church. Interment will be held at the Tracy City Cemetery following the service. Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Marianna Jane (Simon) Bryant was born on June 15, 1954 in Mason City, IA to Donald and Antoinette (Zaccahia) Simon. She attended school in Mason City, where she met Gerald “Jerry” Bryant. The two were united in marriage on April 14, 1978 and from this union they were blessed with a family filled with love. Work on the railroad in 1986 brought the Bryant family to call Tracy home. Marianna was a very strong woman who spent most of her time raising and caring for her family. She was always nice to everyone and made herself available to help anyone who needed it. Marianna enjoyed brain teasers, shopping, playing bingo, but most of all, she loved cheering at her grandkid’s sporting events. To her family, Marianna was a compassionate person who took care of everything; cooking, cleaning, laundry, organizing, and making sure her family was happy and healthy. Her greatest pride was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Marianna is survived by her husband Jerry; children: Eric Wagner of Sioux Falls, Tabatha (Mike) Deleeuw of Owatonna, Jeramie (Kristi) Bryant of Brookings, and Cassie Bryant of Cottonwood; grandchildren: Zach, Matt, Jake, Brooke, Gabby, Chace, Westley, and Peyton; great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Amelia, and Henry; siblings: Bruce Simon, Angela Turner, Joe Simon, and Mickey Levitz. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Donald Simon.
