My deepest condolences to Shirley and the Estebo family. What a shock for me to find on internet that Orrin had passed away. He was my friend and in spite of the distance between Florida and Minnesota , we kept close contact. I am honored to have met him and to have taught him French as he was so passionate about my language. I will miss you Orrin.

My deepest sympathies on the loss of Orrin. Orrin was one of my high school Mock Trial coaches 32 years ago. He was one of first mentors and inspired me to pursue a graduate degree in government which has lead to a strong profession in city government. He made me see that even a small town girl like me could achieve great things. Thank you Orrin I remember you fondly.

To the family, friends and colleagues of Orrin. My heart is saddened at the news of Orrin's passing. He was one of the best bosses I have ever had and he left a major imprint on my heart. Praying for peace for all of you. Rest in peace Captain!
