I was sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. Memories of him go back when he was 12 years old. Working at the Redwood Gazette, I was in charge of the carrier boys. Bob was probably my favorite. Not only was he a dedicated newspaper carrier but he also had a great personality that continued throughout his lifetime. Diana Schultz

I am so sorry to learn of your loss of Bob. I am one of the nurses that he helped hundreds of times at the Redwood Area hospital. His creative ability to problem solve, his ever present smile and his “no problem” attitude always made it a delight to work with him.

I’m sorry to hear about Bob. My family lived in the house next door for nearly 20 years. Bob was always kind, and routinely shared his enthusiasm for motorcycles and archery with my brothers and I. God bless!!!

Bob was always a pleasure to work with at the hospital - often the first to lend a hand and with skills second to none. May he Rest In Peace. Prayers for God’s peace to you all.

I am sorry to hear about Bob's passing. I have nice memories of him fixing my motorcycle and not charging me enough. Also, I remember one snowy December morning, when I was delivering the newspapers for our neighborhood around 6:30am. I thought I was the only one up, but, I discovered Bob had already been up testing out the traction on the chains he had made for the back tire of his bike. Who does that at 12 years old?

I am so sorry for the loss of your brother Bob. I worked at the Redwood hospital while Bob was working there. We always called on Bob to fix stuff because we knew that he would actually do it and things would stay fixed! I admired Bob’s loyalty to his Mom and we would swap stories about our moms. He was devoted to her. We missed his cheerful and smiling face when he retired. May God grant you peace and comfort at this time!

Bob was such an asset at the hospital. I am a retired nurse that worked with Georgine and then with Bob. We could always depend on him getting things done for us and timely. He cared about his mom a lot and his job performance. I am so sorry to hear of him dying. God Bless.
