Heaven has gained a beautiful saint ! Virginia was like a lay minister in Westbrook. On Sunday afternoons, she would bring bulletins to shut-ins, and visit with them, following our morning services. She was a very humble Christian woman, and enriched the lives of all who knew her. Virginia was missed after she moved from Westbrook to be closer to her daughter, but we were happy she was there! ♥ "......Well done, though good and faithful servant..........Enter into the joy of the Lord." Matthew 25:21

When i was very young i thought Virginia and Elton were my Aunt and Uncle, Jim and Kay my cousins. Our families were very close, and Virginia and I kept contact off and on through the years. Her pickles were par excellent, and any of her other cookings she would do. Her smile and the way she would laugh will never be forgotten. In my later years i come to understand better the way she worked, she was an extremely hard worker always busy, and always smiling. She was loved by many and will be missed. In my heart I always have a special place for Virginia my 2nd Mom/Aunt. I'll never forget her kindness. Rest in peace in the loving arms of Christ. Glen
