Wayne Scharmer was born June 1, 1964 in Waconia, Minnesota to Gladys Agnes Leith and Elmer F. Scharmer. He enjoyed working on cars and helping anyone who needed it. He was a wonderful father and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Wayne was someone his son, Walter, could always rely on and look up to, and was proud to call him Dad. His grandsons will always remember Grandpa Wayne taking care of them, making them breakfast, and telling them interesting facts about cars. Wayne is with the angels now, gone from the physical world, but never forgotten.

Wayne is survived by his sons: Walter, Cameron, Antoine, and Marc; grandchildren: Jordan, Jayden, Samuel, Geneva, Layla, Emberlee, and Richard; siblings: Scott (Michelle) Scharmer, Lynette Swaser, Violet (Robert) Quinn, and Pamela Scharmer; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Charlene McKee, niece Jeanette Swaser, nephew Morris McKee, and great-nephew Trayce DeGarcia.
