Wynonah Lynn Flores, age 21 of Red Wing formerly of Lower Sioux Community, started her journey unexpectedly on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at her home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at St. Cornelia’s Episcopal Church – Lower Sioux (Cansayapi). An all-night visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 19 at the Lower Sioux Rec Center Gym and will continue until the service on Wednesday. Interment will be in the St. Cornelia’s Episcopal Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Wynonah Flores was born May 7, 2002 to Roberto Flores and Laise Fox in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. She attended Redwood Valley High School. In her spare time, she was an artist who liked to draw, listen to music and enjoy watching funny movies with her friends and family. Wynonah’s greatest love was for her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Two years ago, she became a mother for the first time. Wynonah would always say that the birth of her son, Ezekiel, was the best moment of her life. Loved by many, she will be dearly missed.

Wynonah is survived by her son Ezekiel; mother Laise (fiancé Patrick Jordan) Fox; siblings: Wasté We Flores, Havanah Fox, Ske Fox, Diana Flores, Olivia Flores & Omarion Jordan; grandmother Lilia Hernandez; grandfather Tony W; aunt Taya (AnneMarie) Kaufenberg and daughter Clementine ; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Colleen Lothert, step-grandfather Dennis Lothert, and two uncles Todd Kaufenberg and Jesse Fox.
