Randy LarsonRandall Kim Larson, Sr., age 60 of Tyler, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the the Avera Tyler Hospital.  Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 27 at the Tyler Alliance Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church. Online condolences may be sent via stephensfuneralservice.com. Stephens Funeral Service – Tyler Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Randall Kim Larson was born June 15, 1957 in Tyler, Minnesota to Alvin and Doris (Gudmondson) Larson. He was baptized and confirmed at Hemnes Lutheran Church in Minneota, Minnesota. He grew up in the Marshall and Ghent area, and attended school in Minneota. In 1983 Randy married Debbie Hagberg and they were blessed with one daughter and 3 sons. Randy worked in road construction and turkey processing.  He enjoyed country music, dancing, people watching, texting, and playing online poker.  He was a handyman around the house, and liked tinkering on cars.  Randy liked spending time at the lake and fishing.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Daisy.

Randy is survived by his wife Debbie; daughter Sarah Gentry; sons Randy Jr., Travis, and Justin; grandchildren: Jenna, Ethan, Carter, Caysen, and Chloe; sister Lois (Jim) Gawerecki; brother Donald “Butch” (Karen) Larson; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Doris Larson, and grandmother-in-law Elsie Hagberg.
