Barbara Hoyt

Barbara A. Hoyt age 87 of Walnut Grove passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2012.  Private family services were held at the Walnut Grove City Cemetery.  Stephens Funeral Service – Walnut Grove Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Barbara was born on October 10, 1924 to Robert and Lula (Sackreiter) Hageman in Sanborn, MN.  She was a graduate of Sanborn High School.  Barbara and Lauren Hoyt were married on October 7, 1945 in Sanborn.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Lauren; children: Scott (Vicki) Hoyt of White Bear Lake, MN; Julie Nelson of Cape Coral, FL; Lisa (Ric) Sell of Walnut Grove; two grandsons, Dr. Casey (Amy) Nelson, DDS of Minneapolis, MN; and Tim Sell of Marshall, MN.  She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert.
