Mom was a "bright beacon of love and light" to her entire family, to her friends and to her acquaintances. The "greatest gift is love," which will never end, because the "Special Memories of Mom,"will last in our hearts, minds, and souls forever! Those "Special Memories of Mom," are her personal blessings back to each of us. John 3:16 "For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS only begotten son, Jesus Christ, that whosoever believeth in HIM will not perish, but will have "eternal life in heaven." Mom accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and "was the love and light" of Jesus Christ to others. Mom truly succeeded in life! Thank you Mom for being "a stellar role model" to myself, Mark and countless others! Your Loving Daughter and Son-In-Law... Mark and Barbie Wegner/Miller

Sincere condolences to the Wegner Family. Auntie Elaine will live on in my memories of time spent together during the Redwood County Fair; July 4th softball games; The Johnson Family reunions & potluck; Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners followed by games of whist. Thank You for all the memories. --david

Grandma - Will never forget all of the times you took care of me on the Farm. You are both a strong and gentle woman of the sort they don’t make much anymore. I hope my own daughter can come as close as possible. - Grandson Todd

My mother-in-law was a very special person. Her daughter Barbie has been a blessing in my life as my wife of 44 years. Elaine was a caring and faith based disciple that brought the best out of everyone. She was blessed with a wonderful husband and four children that make being part of this family very special. She will be missed by so many, but someday in the future, we will be reunited with her in a much better place. Mark Miller

My Mother was a Mother of Faith, Hope and Love. 1 Corinthians 13:13 reads as follows: So Faith, Hope, Love abide, these three, but the greatest of these is Love. RSV Thank you, Mother, for your Faith, Hope and Love. Thank you Jesus for my Mother.
