Gregg Arnold Hoffman, age 55 of Windom, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Sanford Sioux Falls Medical Center.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Zion Lutheran Church in Tracy with a livestream on Stephens Funeral Service Facebook page.  Visitation will be 9:30-11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the church.  Interment will be in the Sanborn Cemetery.

Gregg Arnold Hoffman was born January 30, 1966 to Ronald and Colleen (Dietz) Hoffman in Tracy, Minnesota.  He was baptized at Faith Lutheran Church in Tracy.  Gregg spent over 30 years of his life at home in the tender loving care of his mom and many other wonderful caretakers who assisted Colleen. When Colleen was no longer able to care for him due to health concerns, Gregg then moved to a group home in Windom, where he currently resided. There, he received over 20 years of exceptional care.  The staff made sure to take Gregg on many outings and events.  These outings included shopping, parades and to the DAC a few days every week. Gregg was a very special person who was deeply cared for and loved by so many.

Gregg is survived by his brothers: Scott (June) and David (Lisa); sister-in-law, Kelly Hoffman all of Walnut Grove; nieces & nephews: Ryan (special friend, Ayla) Hoffman, Lacey (Cody) Groebner, Jennifer (Mike) Van Overbeke, Kristie (Garett) Amundson, Abby (Clay) Churchill, and Joshua (special friend, Brittany) Hoffman; and great nieces & nephews: Lily, Paisley, Ella, Ava, Carson, Kaiya, Kennedy & Bronson. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jeff.
